This page will (eventually) contain links to permit you to access typical documents used in a collaborative family law file. Please come back in a while, to see if the documents have been prepared. Note that those documents will be for information purposes only; the actual documents you use in your collaborative file will be documents prepared by your lawyer (and your spouse's lawyer), that will be appropriate for your specific concerns and circumstances.


Participation Agreement This is the agreement that is to be signed by all the participants in a collaborative family law file (usually, the two parents/spouses, and their lawyers) ; if other people (e.g., child psychologists or coaches) are to be involved, then they must also sign this agreement
